Expansion of Export Activities at UAB “Samsonas Motorsport”

On 16 July 2024, UAB “Samsonas Motorsport” signed a financing and administration agreement for the project “Expansion of Export Activities at UAB Samsonas Motorsport,” project code No. 02-036-K-0021, under measure No. 05-001-01-11-04 “Implementation of Measures to Promote Export Competitiveness Growth” and activity “Promotion of Internationalisation and New Export Market Identification Activities for SMEs (Central and Western Lithuania Region).”The goal of the project is to increase the competitiveness and internationalisation of UAB “Samsonas Motorsport.”

The implementation of the project will create the conditions to strengthen the company’s position in foreign markets, increase export volumes, enhance the company’s visibility, and grow its number of customers. The planned project results (increased turnover and export growth) will have a positive impact on the development of both the company and the country.

Project Funding: The project budget sets the maximum eligible expenditure for the project at €111,485.00, with funding of up to €55,742.50 allocated from the 2021-2027 European Regional Development Fund.

Project Implementation Period: December 2023 – January 2026.

Installation of Renewable Energy Production Capacity at UAB “Samsonas Motorsport”

On July 24, 2023, UAB “Samsonas Motorsport” signed a financing and administration agreement for the project “Installation of Renewable Energy Production Capacity at UAB Samsonas Motorsport,” project code No. 02-011-K-0037, under measure No. 05-001-01-04-02 “Promotion of Renewable Energy Resource Deployment in Industrial Companies (Central and Western Lithuania Region).”

The goal of the project is to increase the proportion of renewable energy resources (RER) in the final energy consumption.

Thanks to this project, UAB “Samsonas Motorsport” plans to set up a solar power plant. The project will contribute to increasing the share of renewable energy resources (RER) in final energy consumption and, at the same time, encourage greater use of RER in the industrial sector. This will help mitigate Lithuania’s impact on climate change, address air pollution, solve the challenge of efficient resource utilization, and reduce dependence on energy imports.

Project Funding: The project budget sets the maximum eligible expenditure for the project at €286,089.00, with funding of up to €200,262.30 allocated from the 2021-2027 EU Funds Investment Program.

Project Implementation Period: July 2023 – July 2025.
